These terms apply to purchases of courses, workshops, events, and other services sold through noqte.no.
2. Prices and payment
The price shown on the course, event, or checkout page is the total price payable by the customer. Any additional costs will be clearly stated before the purchase is completed.
Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout, including card payments processed by Stripe and, where available, Vipps MobilePay.
The purchase is confirmed when payment has been successfully completed and the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery and access
Courses and workshops may be offered online or in person, as stated on the relevant course or event page.
For online courses, practical information and access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for having the equipment and internet connection necessary to participate.
For in-person activities, the time and location will be stated on the relevant page or communicated to registered participants before the event.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the agreement is entered into under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
If a course or service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period at the customer’s express request, and the customer later exercises the right of withdrawal, Noqte may charge a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.
If the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may cease where the customer expressly agreed in advance that performance could begin and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service was fully performed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact info@noqte.no with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
5. Cancellation and rebooking
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant course or event page, a booking becomes binding once the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
Registrations cannot normally be transferred to another course or refunded after this point. If a specific course or event has different cancellation or rebooking conditions, those conditions will be stated on its page before purchase.
If Noqte cancels a course, workshop, or event, the customer will be offered either a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer the payment to a rescheduled session.
6. Changes to courses and events
Noqte may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, venues, or course formats where necessary. If a significant change materially affects the service purchased, registered participants will be informed and offered an appropriate solution.
7. Complaints
If you believe that a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact info@noqte.no as soon as reasonably possible. We will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with you.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may request mediation through the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
8. Personal data
Personal information collected in connection with registration and payment is used only as necessary to administer the purchase, provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with the customer. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Norwegian law.
